People constantly ask me, “When do you sleep?”. The query is not when but how do you sleep when you do sleep
Are. you getting enough rest? Do you have a work-life balance? Or are you simply working hard and on overdrive to make all the money you can so that you can one day rest?
Are you working furiously as if your life depended on it, like you wasted so a lot time you have to catch up like you slept too lengthy on your dreams, and now you have to get some return on life?
The fact of the matter is when I sleep; it is a night time of good and sound sleep. For me, it is caliber and quantity. SLEEPING is for RECUPERATION, REJUVENATION, and HEALING
So. I test my ideal to go to sleep to heal MY CELLS and MY BODY. Here’s the thing
