These people consider their pursuit of perfection to be an asset of sorts. They are not terrified by what the idea of perfection brings along with itself.

    People with social phobia fear judgment from the social community they are presenting in.     As we have discussed in greater detail above as well, someone with atelophobia would instead do nothing than do something incorrectly. That eventually means you are closing all doors to new experiences and stopping yourself from opening up to the people around you.

    Step out to learn new experiences, and always remember that mistakes help you learn; you shouldn’t consider them roadblocks on your way to success. Someone willing to learn new things should know that they will make mistakes in the learning process, and there will be times when someone else will correct them. Remembering this, you mustn’t let your fear get the better of you.

    Finally, you can tell that you have atelophobia when your fear of imperfections eventually interferes with how you live. Your worries make it difficult for you to function in society as you want, so you keep yourself to your restricted social circle.

    Atelophobia can also mess with your daily professional life. Progression in professional and private lives is linked with how willing you are to learn and study the different new concepts related to innovation. The moment you stop learning new things and living new experiences, you will enter a sphere where you will never progress in your professional life.

    A successful professional would always be willing to learn new things and make mistakes. However, someone who has atelophobia would need more time to be ready to make such mistakes. They would shy away from experience and would scar their abilities for life.
