I know it’s been almost two months since I’ve made an entry. Consider it as my “summer vacation” from blogging. You have no idea of the energy vibrations that come and go as a result of interacting with the masses of people with their own vibrations and energies. As usual, my FB account and the page has not skipped nor missed a beat. As I begin the joint integration from my FB to my BLOG I have been immersed in work non-stop over the past couple of months.
Going through a major life transition and moving, having the twins enter college and dealing with my 16-year-old- all of these have been met with its own set of circumstances and challenges that have proved somewhat prohibitive in my being ‘consistent’ with this. However, today is a new day and while it’s been on my MIND to write for the past few, I AM taking ACTION this day and that is all that matters.
It doesn’t matter where we’ve been or what we’re going through. All that matters in this lifetime is that when we are presented with an opportunity to do so TAKING ACTION is the best gift we can give ourselves. This reminds me of a sentiment that came to me only a couple of days ago as a result of a conversation I was having with a friend.
Exercising wisdom from your past is not proceeding with caution out of FEAR, it’s being who you are in the face of a circumstance (even if the same type of circumstance) with courage…the WISDOM is not in how you proceed going forward, it’s how you react should the outcome be the same. When you are operating in purpose, you operate in trusting the Lord in your path, not only in your outcomes.
If we are really on the faith walks we proclaim, then we must believe in OURSELVES. We must know within that we have GROWN from our past mistakes and hurts… our confidence in that growth and wisdom is developed with our courageous steps taken in the midst of familiar circumstances or comparable journeys.
Today, why not start YOUR CHANGE by understanding that sometimes the CHANGE is in the midst of the same set of circumstances and only lies within how you perceive them, not what they look like.
