If you are going to tell a story or even share information with someone about something, why not have it be something that can make a difference in the life of another human being? It is incredible to me how quickly bad news travels, and even more than that, how most of the time when information is being transmitted in a less than favorable light, that most often the accurate details are overlooked.
It is no wonder that people enjoy putting their personal ‘spin’ on things when they have nothing better to do. Someone once told me that the same dog that will bring you a bone would carry one. My husband called me today and said, “I heard about your male-bashing notes on FB….”. I told him he knows better than to accuse me of that.
On the contrary, I believe that whoever told him whatever they told him never completed any reading in its entirety. My message is about love and re-emergence of a family unit that is strong and solidified through principles that find themselves lacking in this new age of relationships. I asked my husband if the person who told him that mention that there are also ODES TO A GODLY MAN FROM A GODLY WOMAN posted as well? Did they bother to read the ODES of love for the man that God has for the woman? Of course not.
So for all of those who enjoy spreading their personal ‘spins’ about persons, places, and things, it would serve the highest good of humanity if you were to consider dropping knowledge into someone’s mind instead of ragging on someone’s dime.
