It’s been a VERY LONG WEEKEND and it seems as if the FREE FOR ALL WEEKEND was just that… a FREE FOR ALL. I’ve said so very many times why this group was started and that was for the exchange of open, honest, and real talk/communication about relationships, dating, marriage and divorce. This is a space and place where folks can let their hair down and be themselves, where singles can hopefully have conversations that are revealing towards circumstances and effectively change outcomes. Where those who are married can also have quality based exchanges that make a difference and prayerfully improve their circumstances for the better (as everyone’s relationship could always use a little of that since none is perfect).
When I arranged the KARMESTRY DATING GAME last week, it was to give the forum to a singles online meet & greet through questions and answers as they would any other dating situation. As a learning experience I thought it would be advantageous for sisters to witness first hand and brothers to do the same, of what “dating today” looks like, feels like and acts like while at the same time getting to know one another.
As I have often stated this shall remain a group of EXCELLENCE and INTEGRITY. There are MORE THAN ENOUGH GROUPS on FB where you can openly talk about SEX, PORN, and MORE SEX, oh and some more SEX.
Now while I understand people like to talk about sex and I believe we should be engaging in that as well, THIS PARTICULAR GROUP is about RELATIONSHIPS and I’m sure we would all agree that relationships are about more than SEX.
What women have failed to realize in the streets and also SOME women in here, is that YOU SET THE TONE and THE STANDARD for how you are viewed, treated, respected and thought of. What separates you from being the woman he will pass the time of day with versus the one he will spend his time with (which are two different things) is who you are and how you act. Let me tell you something about men, they will absolutely be with it and go along with whatever you say…. but know that his eye and heart for what he desires will never be with the woman who showed herself to be a little girl under any circumstances, and that goes for attitude as well.
Now while I am sure my hateration club will go to work after this post and some may not like what I have to say b/c it is LONNNNNG… I don’t care b/c it is NECESSARY. And that is the problem in society today NO ONE SPEAKS UP and those who do have no solutions to offer. Karmestry is supposed to be fun and I will not steal that away… However, Karmestry is also about rebuilding relationships and families and I will not let YOU steal THAT away.
For those of you not interested in seeing the quality of what men have to say and the caliber of who they are as people and black men in a challenged society that sets them up to fail as heads of households, or for those wanting another road to a ‘quickie’ you are more than welcome to LEAVE THE GROUP. I don’t care. I want the people who NEED a word, who WANT a change, and who DESIRE things to be different in how they see, view, approach, and have relationships with one another to be FED, and this is where I plan to offer that meat.
I LOVE my brothers and sisters but again this is a BRAND.. it is a business. This is my MINISTRY and GOD’s business. Karmestry is a movement on a mission to help FAMILIES deal and heal. So we will be going back to the ORIGINALLY INTENDED VIBRATION of the group and again, I hope that what we are serving is what you are hungry for, because there’s a buffet of all that other stuff everywhere else you go.
