My Weight loss Journey Diary: I didn’t even bother to write yesterday. For breakfast, it was home fries, fried egg whites, and slices of beef scrapple.

For lunch, I went out with my girlfriend to a restaurant in Chestnut Hill called Sin Sin. We split everything, so the portion sizes were even smaller, so that was good. We split shrimp pad thai and chicken basil with brown rice.

For dinner, I had a big salad. Spring mix lettuce, curly pasta, grilled chicken, red onions, cheese, shrimp, and balsamic vinegarette dressing with a wheat roll.

My last meal was eaten at 8pm. And I didn’t do any snacks, only water.
